To plan, organize, and administer the activities of his department, office, or division efficiently. To keep informed of new developments relating to his/her function and to maintain a creative and experimental attitude toward change, in order to continuously improve the operation of his area of responsibility. To recommend the organizational structure and staffing that complement his area of responsibility. To interview and recommend to the president personnel for hire. To establish and maintain an organizational climate that encourages the development, retention, and a high level of morale among personnel.
• Shri. Sushil Kumar Rai, M.Sc (Physics). Having 24 Year experience in Civil Structure work, construction Works, and CGD’s projects with varies CGD Clients (IGL, GGL, and GSPC) contractors works, successfully completed in his supervision. And Mr. Sushil Kumar Rai has big exposer of handling and managing complicated of allotted work.
• Shri. Gurudev Prasad Kushwaha, Diploma (Mechanical Engineering), Having 11 Year experience in CGD projects and experiences in execution of CGD’s projects and documentation, billing. Shri Gurudev Prasad Kushwaha has successfully completed numbers of projects in his last experiences.
• Shri. Umesh Kumar Singh, Diploma (CIVIL Engineering),Having 10 Year experiences in CGD’s projects and experiences in varies types of all execution of projects in CGD. Shri. Umesh Kumar Singh has good communication and execution skill.
